Job Description

HIWASTE MFG. is a dynamic and innovative company located in Honolulu, HI, specializing in unique in-house builds and flips. We are seeking skilled Auto Body Techs and Painters who are passionate about their craft and take pride in delivering clean, high-quality work. Our work environment is unconventional, operating out of shipping containers and tents, which adds to the unique and exciting nature of our projects. Join our team and be part of a fast-paced, drama-free crew that values flexibility and creativity.

Responsibilities

Prep, paint, and finish commercial trucks, dumpsters, equipment, and custom cars.
Perform bodywork and light fabrication, if capable.
Adapt to working in mobile tent setups to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in auto body painting and repair.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or on a contractor basis.

Compensation

$35/hr starting (based on experience)
