Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team at Airbenders! This

is a full-time position offering the opportunity to apprentice in HVAC as part of your

ongoing career development. If you’re a seasoned plumber who wants to expand your

skills and gain hands-on experience in HVAC, this is the role for you!

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for a variety of plumbing tasks,

including installation, maintenance, and repair of systems in residential and commercial

settings. Additionally, you’ll receive the opportunity to apprentice in the HVAC trade,

expanding your skills and opening new career growth avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

 Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water

systems

 Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure

problems

 Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and regulations

 Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems

 Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding work

completed and future needs

 Keep accurate records of service, repairs, and installations

 Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

 Assist with HVAC service and installations, learning on-the-job as part of an

HVAC apprenticeship

Requirements:

 Valid Journeyman Oklahoma Plumber License

 Experience in residential and commercial projects

 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

 Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

 Own your own plumbing tools and keep them insured

 Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations

 Willingness to apprentice in HVAC, with a desire to learn and grow in the

HVAC field

 Willingness to work overtime or be on call for emergencies if needed (Weekend work is rare)

 Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a

team
