Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a **Maintenance Manager** in support of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. The GMD system provides 24/7 operationally defense to the homeland against long-range ballistic missile attacks. This position is located at **Fort Greely, AK** (~100 miles southeast of Fairbanks). **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location option.** **Position Responsibilities:** + Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support. + Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. + Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. + Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. + Manages, develops and motivates employees. **This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
